5. Unsubscribe/Delete

  1. If you would like your personal information deleted from our server, you can send an email to legal@gts888llc.com. Be sure to include your name and indicate precisely which information you would like removed.

  2. We also allow customers to subscribe/unsubscribe to any of the promotional email updates we send out. Simply click the unsubscribe button listed at the bottom of the email and fill out the accompanying form on our website.

7. Terms of Sale

Payment for all purchases from the GTS 888 LLC website is required upon sale of goods. Payment shall be submitted electronically through our website or over the phone. 

 

8. Delivery and Shipping

Your order will not ship until payment has been fully processed. Furthermore, GTS 888 LLC does not guarantee delivery times/dates; this is determined by the carrier (typically UPS, USPS, or FedEx). When your purchase is shipped, you (the buyer) will be promptly notified and provided with the tracking number. At this point, the shipping carrier is responsible for your order, and their applicable policies come into play. 

If, for whatever reason (buyer is unable/unwilling to receive the package when it is delivered, the buyer submits the wrong address, etc.), an order shipment is returned to us, the buyer may request reshipment at an additional cost. Such reshipment requests should be submitted to returns@gts888llc.com.

Should you decline reshipment, your order will be cancelled. Order cancellations are evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and may incur up to a 15% restocking fee. For cancelled orders, GTS 888 LLC will issue store credit only (no cash). 

 

9. Returns and Exchanges

Returns within 30 days will be accepted under the following conditions. Goods must be returned in original packaging or like-new condition. If you wish to return a damaged and/or defective product, you must provide documentation that such damages and/or defects existed upon your receipt of said goods. Include this documentation, as well as your contact information, in an email to returns@gts888llc.com to receive your return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. These terms being met, the buyer shall pay for the shipping of all returned goods, which may be exchanged for store credit only (no cash refunds).

18. Sales Tax 

In compliance with Texas State Law and local tax jurisdiction policy, a sales tax of 8.25% will be imposed on all orders/purchases on this site. This tax will be imposed unless you have tax exemption status and provide proper sales and use tax permit documentation to orders@gts888llc.com. All sales tax levied against any transaction covered by these terms and conditions will be covered by the buyer in addition to the ticket price determined upon order confirmation.

 

19. Payment Options

Credit/debit is the only payment option accepted by GTS 888 LLC at this time. You may submit credit/debit card information online or over the phone.

 

20. International Orders 

GTS 888 LLC does not handle international orders at this time. Please check back for updates.
